Welcome to Mountain Air Kettle Corn. We serve the tastiest kettle corn—“ a little bit sweet; a little bit salty”—in and around Prince George. Our friendly service will not disappoint you.

Mountain Air Kettle Corn is cooked on-the-spot at special events in a large stainless kettle with the perfect mix of ingredients—top grade corn kernels, a small amount of wholesome 100% canola oil and a cup of sugar—stirred until popping begins with a large wooden paddle. Once the corn is popped it’s sifted to remove most un-popped kernels and under-sized pieces to ensure you get uniform size and quality. Then the final taste-defining ingredient, a dash of salt, is added. If the time is right, you can watch the kernels pop and buy a bag while it’s still satisfyingly warm.

We must make one cautionary advisement, however. If you’re not already under the spell of Mountain Air Kettle Corn, prepare to become addicted.
